How much rent can I get from your Guaranteed Rent service?
We always aim to achieve FULL market rent for all of our customers and more often than not they will receive more profits than they were previously making due to high quality tenants, professional marketing and our maintenance fee cover.
Our clients enjoy the peace of mind knowing we are covering their properties void periods, council tax, bills (Gas, Electric & Water) as well as all maintenance fees of up to £100 per month. We also offer bespoke coverage to clients in our agreements to give them the peace of mind they are looking for.
How can you guarantee my rent?
Working with an ever growing list of local business' that have a vast number employees looking for accommodation allows us to never be short on demand for rental properties and means we fill voids within a matter of days.
We also offer our clients bespoke contracts that allow them to pull out of any deal within a one month period, if they do not receive expected results. This offers a greater protection than renting to an individual tenant, as you legally have to wait 6 months before regaining possession from a tenant for arrears in the rent.
